Kinesio Tape was born from the studies of a Japanese chiropractor Kenzo Kase at the beginning of the 70s but only arrived in Europe after the 90s. Now it has almost become a “fashion” as famous athletes show it off during sports performances.

Contraindications of Kinesio Tape
None unless you are allergic to the glue contained in the tape. But at worst the system is not very effective if applied poorly, but certainly not harmful.
Also known as cupping, it involves a real aspiration on the skin locally via glass, bamboo and ceramic cups and mugs. The application usually lasts from 5 to 20 minutes and no longer because it actually creates a very strong stimulus. It recirculates the fluids in the body and helps all internal organs, also excellent for relieving pains resulting from cold or little movement and in cases of arthrosis. This technique is great for unblocking the blood and lymphatic systems. When there are blockages at the lymphatic level, inflammations such as cellulite occur, which at all levels is a stagnation of water inside the tissues, the body holds it back and with it motle emotions. In all these cases the cupping is phenomenal.
It is always advisable to rely on valid operators who know where to place the cups and never exceed the recommended application time, as this could trigger various contraindications.

When the energy of the kidney is insufficient, the ability to retain recent information in memory is reduced.
The Heart has a connection with the memorization of events from the distant past. This function of the Heart of calling to mind is called intellect (Ling Shu).
Yi and Zhi are connected to explicit memory (remembering words, events, episodes), Shen is mainly used for implicit memory (automatic actions, skills …)
Working too much, age, excessive activity, deplete the YIN of the Kidney, weakening mental power and memory.
Worries and the aptitude for brooding exhaust the energy of the Spleen and Heart.
More pregnancies create a deficiency of Xue (blood), especially of the Heart, with reduced capacity to nourish the brain with consequent forgetfulness.
Sadness also depletes the energy of the Heart and compromises its functions.
In Naturopathy how to help the memory
